Review – Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Every once in a while we have the distinct privilege to re-release something special from the archives for a limited time in The Tasting Room. This time it is the Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 that is gracing the Tasting options.

Cabernet’s ageing potential needs no introduction, with tannins that are generally considered on the higher end of the spectrum, these have softened significantly over the last eight years to deliver a wonderfully smooth and gentle mouthfeel. Dense black fruits dominate both on the nose and on the palate.

Additionally, 2015 as a vintage is sure to get some palates salivating. The reputation of this spectacular vintage really speaks for itself. Rosa Kruger, renowned Viticulturist, referred to the 2015 vintage as “…one of, if not the best, vintages she has ever seen,” – Wine Enthusiast (February 2018). Reserve your seat in The Tasting Room; taste, and add this wine to your personal collection.
